WithinHER Wellness was born from my own journey of trauma, faith, and resilience. As a survivor turned healer, I understand the courage it takes to rise again and the longing for a safe, nurturing space where women feel truly seen and supported.
What was once my deepest pain has become my purpose: to create a soul-centered sanctuary where women can reclaim their voice, worth, and peace.
As a Holistic Health Practitioner, Naturopathic Practitioner, and Trauma-Informed Coach, I blend mindfulness, meditation, aroma therapy, holistic care, and spiritual guidance to support women on their path to healing—body, mind, and spirit.
